OUR STORY
Gerrys Garage and Garden was founded in 2020. Gerry, my late husband, was taken tragically too soon in 2017. He and I often made mosaics, painted, and did stained glass projects as a hobby. He was also a talented wood worker. After his passing I was left with many tools I unfortunately didn't know how to use! I didn't want to give them away, and refused to allow them to collect dust. I started taking wood working classes in Phildadelphia and was determined to learn the art of woodworking.
My Grandfather Ed, also has a love, and talent for woodworking. The birdhouse planter was his original design and I fell in love with making them. Ed is 99 years young, and creating these pieces has been inspired by these two men. It makes me feel close to them. I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to do something I love everyday.

Mosaic Birdhouses
The front of the birdhouses feature a mosaic made from stained glass, tile, ceramic, mirrors and other inspiring pieces. These pieces of art are functional birdhouses, as well as decorative. They are sure to brighten up any deck or patio!
Birdhouse Construction
Each birdhouse is made with precision and care and constructed to last a lifetime. They are handcrafted with the finest baltic white birch, and maple plywood. They are sealed and safe outdoors year round.
